Procrastination– hey, I am a Pro at it.  What about you?  What are you procrastinating right now…

…a closet clean-out?

…photo albums?

…a project around your home?

I am spending this weekend working on my photo albums.  Old school albums with real pages and photos I have printed at Walgreen’s.  But I am so faaaaar behind.

Let’s rewind the clock a little….I have been grieving this past week because Creative Memories is going out of business, and I have been using their products for 22 years.  A long time.  I had to sit down this week and face the mounds of unfinished products and albums and memorabilia and guess what?  I wasn’t as far behind as I thought I was behind, but once I sat down and looked at it, it wasn’t so bad.  I can do this, I thought.  Panic attack subsides.  Excitement builds.

But let me tell you, it has been haunting me.  I think I am going to attack my scrapbooks in September.  Really attack.  Sit down and do it. No more procrastination.  No more feeling overwhelmed.

At the same time I am going to enjoy the process. Embrace it.  That is the fun of scrapping.  Sitting here  today with friends, looking at my sweet family and recollecting wonderful memories.

So lots going on here.

No more procrastinating. Or maybe I should say I am going to work on that.  Is that procrastinating?  Usually when I do sit down or stand up and finish something I have been putting off, it doesn’t take as long as I thought it would.

No more grieving about CM- I can do photo albums differently, and it is going to be just fine.  Maybe better.

What is it about me and change?  I really don’t like it, but need to learn to embrace it.

So, back to my original question…what are you procrastinating?  I want to give you courage to attack and do it.  Be a procraftinator or procreativenator.  And let me in on what you do.  What a sursee that will be!
