An Easy Way to Ask for Prayer and Help

 I tell the gals I mentor and my friends, if you are having a hard time, bad day or just feeling blah, just text me, Pray.I don't need to know what the deal is.  God knows.  I just need to know that you need prayer.  You need to know that I know and am praying.  When you are in the depths of despair, you can't even think straight to call someone to pray for you, but you can remember to text, Pray.You might not even know what you need,  but you can text Pray because God knows.You will feel strengthened  and encouraged.  Your friend will be encouraged, too, because she was doing Kingdom Work.

 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

So can you find a friend to have this agreement with and can you be vulnerable enough to let someone know you need help?
